3. Booking and Cancellation

3.1 Booking

Bookings can be made online through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

3.3 Late Arrivals

If our technicians are running late for an appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay. If we are significantly delayed, we may offer to reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Service Guarantee

We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will return to address any issues at no additional cost.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure we can provide our services effectively, we ask that customers:

  • Provide accurate information about the oven type and condition
  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Clear the area around the oven for our technicians to work
  • Inform us of any known issues with the oven

7. Liability

Oven Cleaning Dublin is fully insured. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to ovens or appliances
  • Issues arising from normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use of the oven after cleaning
